Pay   Summer 2026 Lost Coast Writers Retreat

Returning campers can begin registration on October 20, 2025. Registration opens to all on November 15, 2025.

All returning campers must pay a $50 deposit or the full amount by November 15, 2025. Reservations will be first come, first served, based on when payment is received.

Fee Structure 

Sliding Scale Option: $650 ($670 with PayPal) to $800 ($824 with PayPal) 

*We are fundraising and hope that generous campers will pay $800 to help keep the retreat going. The addtional cost using PayPal is to cover the fees that PayPal charges per transaction. PayPal fees are 2.9% +.49cents per transaction.
  • Please keep in mind that if you use PayPal, a small percentage will be added to your fee to cover their deduction for transactions.
  • If you cannot attend all ten nights, there is a five-night minimum stay of $100 per night.

  • A waiting list will be set up when we reach capacity.
  • If you have not paid in full by March 1, your reserved spot may be given to someone on the waiting list.
  • Payments are refundable until May 1.  After May 1, campers wishing refunds will lose their deposits and have the balance refunded.  A “lost” deposit may be applied to attending the following year’s retreat.
